What lengths can be cured?
Standard lengths are up to 100m but longer lengths can be installed if required.
How are the pre-impregnated liners delivered?
The liners are delivered in a tough pallet box with a protective liner to prevent any risk of ambient light affecting the materials.
What is the shelf life of a pre-impregnated liner?
The pre-impregnated liners can be stored for up to 3 months under the correct conditions.
What training is provided if we purchase a system?
We recommend a minimum of 1 week training, but depending on the experience of installation crews, this can be adapted to suit your requirements.
Does the system have any recognised certification?
Yes the system and the materials have WRC, DIBT and CCFAT certification.
Do you provide any support?
Yes. If a sim card is installed in the Bluelight system, we can dial into the system and update, diagnose and reset parameters if required. We also offer site support and 24 hour phone support.
Are there any smells during the install and repair?
No. The use of styrene free resins means that there are no odours during the installation or curing process.
